We had a wild and crazy week. I've written about some of the schooling adventures in our first week. But there were other things going on too! For some stupid reason, I scheduled 2 doctor appointments and a dentist appointment for myself this week! Seriously bad timing, especially when the dental appointment turns out to be pocketbook drama. I have dental insurance and even WITH the insurance, the dental work I need will be over $1000! LOVELY.
So that was on Tuesday. Wednesday night I had an emotional breakdown with Heath on the couch as I recounted all the things on my mind and now the dental bill that I was trying to trust God for! After a good cry, everything was better.
Thursday God told us that Heath needs to be in Tennessee for a seminar next week. Lots of money we don't have but He told us He'd cover it. And cover it He did!! Within 48 hours, we had the seminar paid for, a hotel room paid for and air miles for his plane ticket! CRAZZZZY GOD!!! And all the while I could FULLY believe for Heath to get to Tennessee, I was wrestling with God about my dental bill!! Oh me of silly faith!
Then on Saturday we gave away our truck. That's for another post and it's an amazing God story!
Today we are just kind of reeling from all of the whirlwind of the week: school, dr bills, God speaking clearly and providing extravagantly, and the fruit of giving hilariously.
